He was a CTR person, because he always was there, he always chosen the right way he always help his team, he always shewed to his team that they need to do the right way, he always was there and help his team and whatever they want, everyone need to be like him he was a good example for us, he always was a good example and he is doing the good example now too, so let’s be like Dean Smith because he always is a good CTR person always he is the best person.’’’’

                                                   College professor Duties and responsibilities: A member of our Board of Regents once calculated the amount of time that professors spend in the classroom. He used that number, and his assumption that professors only work at the front of a classroom, to conclude that professors of  higher education  only work about 200 hours a year.      I was surprised that anyone charged with oversight of an academic insititution (or any institution) would have so little idea what their employees were doing.
